Jasmin Meškić (M.Arch.) is an architect specialising in the critical transition from architectural intent to built reality — with over 15 years of international experience and active projects in Dubai, Baku, and across the wider region. He founded ArhiForm Studio to give global developers and lead design firms a trusted partner for the phases of a project where design mistakes carry the highest cost.

His practice runs on two parallel tracks. The first is deep architectural design experience — spanning luxury villas, large-scale residential developments, commercial interiors, and five-star hospitality — across the full design process from concept through to site supervision. The second is construction logic and digital delivery: coordinating complex multi-discipline projects, managing BIM workflows, and ensuring that design documentation is not just complete, but buildable.

Over the course of his career, Jasmin has delivered projects across New York, London, Dublin, the UAE, Azerbaijan, and the Western Balkans — gaining direct exposure to the standards, pace, and expectations that define each market, from the UAE's fast-track delivery culture to the precision demands of European practice.

Since founding the studio, Jasmin has led BIM-managed residential complexes, luxury villa projects, and large-scale developments across all design phases — from Concept and Schematic Design through to Detailed Design and IFC documentation — ensuring every project is fully coordinated at every stage.
